Our system offers a comprehensive sales management solution, enabling personalized Target, Commission, and Incentive percentages for each salesperson Compound Structures can be applied to higher amounts, ensuring flexible compensation models. Commission and Incentive journals are automatically generated at the end of each month. To maintain control, salespeople are subject to restrictions, including a maximum number of open invoices and maximum open invoice amounts per customer Furthermore, we support distinct pricing strategies for different customers. Should a salesperson surpass any of the predefined limits with a customer, the system will prevent further sales until those limits are adhered to, maintaining efficient sales operations.

EXPENSE & BILLS

Our Expense module simplifies financial management by allowing you to record both incurred and pending expenses. You can post expenses and create service vendors while making payments against bills. Within the Expense page, two transaction categories are available: Expense Booking and Asset Booking. Transaction Type effectively categorizes expenses and assets for streamlined tracking and reporting.

PROCUREMENT

Our procurement process includes distinct steps: Purchase Request, Request for Quotation, Purchase Order, and Purchase. This involves both Domestic and International Procurement, as well as Purchase Returns when needed. We also prioritize Vendor Management through Vendor Creation, Vendor Payment, and Vendor Refunds to ensure a streamlined and efficient procurement cycle.
